Jiangcheng District Yinling Technology Industrial Park is located in the northwesthern side of Yangjiang central area. The total plan area is 40 sq. km. There is 10 sq. km in the first phrase development. The industrial park is with obvious regional advantages and convenient communications. Kaiping-Yangjiang Expressway, Yangjiang-Maoming Expressway,Yangjiang-Yunfu Expressway(Yangjiang to Yangchun Section), West Coast Expressway(connecting line), No.325 national high way, station road and Yangjiang-Yangchun Railway run through each other. It is near the down town and it is 20 to 30 minutes’ drive to the national class one port—Yangjiang Port. Up to now, investment of RMB300 million has been put into the development of the industrial park. Infrastructure like Road, water, electricity, telecommunication, drainage and sewage is completing everyday. Advanced manufacturing industry zone, traditional advantageous industry zone and environment friendly industry zone are planed in the park. At present, an industrial integration of electronic circuit, auto spare parts and construction materials etc. is basically formed. As an educational base of the industrial park, Yangjiang Vocational Technical College provides trainings and skilled workers for enterprises. Ever since the development of the park, some solid-foundation enterprises have been attracted to settled in, up to now, in total 70 enterprises have been settled in, including some leading large-scale enterprises from World Top 500 enterprises. The 25 enterprises including East Hope Group Company have been completed construction have invested about RMB118 million Yuan and it is estimated that their annual production value will reach RMB 450 million Yuan; the 24 enterprises that under construction are Zhifu Leather Products etc., their total investment value is about RMB215 million Yuan. The management committee provides quality, effective service for the enterprises and would go through all the procedures for them. Our aim is to strike effort to build up a good environment for the enterprises.
