　　Description of Project: Shanwaixi Village is located in the coastal area of northeastern Jiangcheng District. It is a village with sub-tropical maritime monsoon climate and an annual average temperature of 22.8℃. Its coast line is up to 13.9 km and it elevation is 30 meters. The wind area is remote from the living communities without arable lands and farming protection area, so there is no problem of ecology destroys. The wind area is rich with wind power, constant wind direction and low on flow ratio. The annual average wind speed in the observation point is over 7 meters per second (the wind speed requirement for a wind power generation field is over 5 meters per second), annual effective wind power hours are over 6, 000 hours. As a result, Shanwaixi Village totally fits the condition f constructing a wind power generation field.

　　Description of Project: There are rich limestone mineral resources in Yangchun. At present, there are in total 8 reserves of limestone mineral sites. And the total reserves reach 380.33 million tons. The composition of CaO is all above 50%. The Liuguilan and Baima Mineral Zone in Shiwang have the largest and best reserves. There are more than 8.5 billion tons B+C+D class limestone mineral in Niuguilan (including more than 2.5 billion tons of B class; more than 3.8 billion tons of C class; more than 220 million tons of D class). The composition of CaO is 52.71％～55.71％;according to latest exploration, there are in total more than 6.4 billion tons of D class limestone mineral in Baima Mineral Zone, The composition of CaO is 53.50％～54.55％. According to Yangchun’s limestone formation and structure, it is estimated that the limestone reserves in Yangchun are above 1 billion tons. So the quality of limestone is good with high value and use, it can be used as the main material in the industries of cement, metallurgy, medicine, food, chemicals etc..
