Aliens who apply for Visa L or Visa F upon arrival at Baiyun International Airport or Tianhe East Railway Station, shall submit the completed application form affixed with a photo, answer the inquiries truthfully and provide pertinent supporting documents for examination.

　　In application for Visa L, the supporting documents refer to:

　　1) For visiting relatives, copies of resident ID card or Household Register of relatives.

　　2) For foster care, copies of passports of foster parents, certificate of entrustment and resident ID card or Household Register of the guardians.

　　3) For sight-seeing, round-trip ticket, hotel booking sheet and tour arrangement.

　　4) For medical treatment, original certificate of diagnosis issued by a hospital at or above the county level, address and phone number; for visiting a patient in a critical condition or making funeral arrangements, certificate of diagnosis or certificate of death, address and phone number.

　　5) For above purposes, aliens shall summit documents through E-mail（gdcrj_visa@163.com）to make a pre-application for confirmation.  Aliens can check in for a flight with a print of confirmed E-mail, and then apply for visa on arrival at Baiyun International Airport. For other private purposes, a phone confirmation to the port visa agency before boarding is required. The port visa agency could deny visa application without a confirmation in advance.

　　6) Other certifications requested by the port visa agency.

　　In application for Visa F, aliens shall provide original invitation letters from authorized organizations in China that they are holding.

　　Attentions:

　　1） Applicants must pay visa application fee in accordance with the relevant regulations of competent organs of Chinese government.

　　2） Applicant’s valid visa should be based on the result of the approval by the port visa agency.

　　3） The port visa agency has the right to refuse to issue visas to aliens, and to revoke the issued visas or declare the visa invalid in accordance with law.

　　4） Aliens who apply for visa with fake documents shall be held liable.

　　The Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Guangdong Public Security Department reserves the right of policy explanations.
